We make tools in our own tooling department based on the specifications taken from the drawing and the computerized control plan. These tools manufacture high precision cold formed parts that are exact within hundredths of a millimeter. Due to our in-house tooling facility we are able to assist our customers with new developments and to carry out design improvements quickly.

Long tool life is achieved by using carbide material, special coating and self developed tool arming. This enables large production lots to be manufactured precisely and economically.

After production the sets of tools are serviced and stored as a unit. This allows a rapid machine set up and repetition of a future order.
